Anomia Card Game - Refresh Edition

Get ready for fast-thinking fun with Anomia Card Game - Refresh Edition, a lively party card game where common knowledge meets pressure, quick reactions, and plenty of unexpected laughs. This refreshed edition features an updated, colorful look while delivering the rapid-fire gameplay that makes Anomia a great choice for game nights, parties, and gatherings. The game is designed for 3-6 players ages 10 and up, with games taking approximately 30-45 minutes.

Players take turns revealing cards from the center pile. Each card features a category and a distinctive symbol. When the symbol on your card matches the symbol on another player's card, a face-off begins. The two players must quickly give a correct example from their opponent's category. Be the first to shout out a valid answer and you win the opponent's card.

The challenge is that answers that seem obvious can suddenly become difficult when you're under pressure. Wild Cards can create unexpected matches between different symbols, while cascading face-offs can happen when a player loses a card and reveals another card underneath. This keeps everyone watching closely because a new challenge can happen at almost any moment.

With its colorful updated card design, simple-to-learn rules, and quick competitive gameplay, Anomia encourages players to think quickly, recall information, recognize patterns, and react under pressure. Categories can range from everyday objects and foods to people, places, and other familiar subjects, making each game unpredictable and different.
