The NBA Legends collection has been released and what a throwback for Magic fans this is! Penny was the Magic’s Point Guard throughout their runs in the mid to late 90’s in which they went toe-to-toe with Michael Jordan, Reggie Miller and others to come within a few games of an NBA Championship. The 90’s would be the height of his career as injuries on the Pheonix Suns would bring his progress to a halt and unfortunately for Penny, it never picked up from there.
