    It was ok. Not one of Lego’s better sets, though. It felt like they just phoned it in on this small “storybook” series. I really wanted to like them, bit they felt cheap.

    I’ve purchased all of the Lego book kits for the princesses and the new Harry Potter sets. I love these, how they can transform to look like a book on a shelf is so cute. I feel like once it’s built it also makes for a nice travel set to play with as well.

    Disney Storybook Collection = MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!

    I thought these would be really cute for my 4 year old granddaughter that loves Lego. I really love them too but I was so completely disappointed in the Disney Storybook Collection! They are very cheaply done and just not sturdy at all. I had hoped these would make great travel sets for the car or a plane but they’ll be broken in no time. They are the worst Lego product I’ve seen!

    Supervision recommended with the direction. And very small parts.

    Built this with granddaughter that is 6. Took some time but was easy when following the directions. She was very happy when done. For the most part all stays together well. The fact that if folds closed and everything is kept inside helps to keep small parts together.

    Cute toy but a bit misleading

    I was excited about having this toy for my daughter because I thought we’d put it together and play with it and then she’d be able to close it up, lock it and take it with her on car rides. It doesn’t close after you’ve assembled the little legos, you have to take apart the legos and lay them down in order for the ‘book’ to close again. Still super cute and great for home play though.

    Not really for 5 or younger

    This kit has a lot of tiny parts. I would say you need to be 7 or 8 to be able to follow the directions and assemble this on your own. I had to help my 5 yo and I put it away after she played with it because otherwise pieces would fall off and get loss or otherwise trashed! For her age, this needs to be a chaperoned toy!

    My daughter loved this. She is crazy about toys that have their own “treasure box” fairly easy to assemble if you are any good at legos lol. I wish they had a version of this in the bigger size legos so she could put it together herself.

    My daughter and myself are both not impressed with this set. We got two of the book lego sets and they are both not fun. There is not much to it. It falls apart every time you close it. My daughter dislikes that the characters do not have legs. We love lego but these aren’t winners. Skip these. Even for die hard frozen fans.

    Great travel toy

    I probably should have read the whole description, as I didn’t realize I had to build the whole thing even the book. I bought this for my 3.5 year old for a 13 hour car ride. She loved it! She may have been a little too young, as the parts would come out and she had a hard time putting them back. Overall, it was a hit and she loved that she could take the princesses out and play with just them or the whole thing. I loved that I could all go inside the book for easy cleanup and storage.

    Be careful – It doesn’t actual look like the pictures

    This item does not look like the pictures on Amazon. It’s mainly the size of the pieces. They are way too small for just about anyone to use. I mean small. The items are also hard to assemble as I went ahead and assembled the “book” carrying case to put the other pieces inside and had problems doing so. Another problem is the pieces are put into 3 plastic bags with no way of knowing where pieces are without just searching and searching to see if any of the tiny pieces match. I do not think I’ll be giving this to my granddaughter after all.

    Disappointing- not really for travel

    Good cute toy, but impossible to get everything in there to close it up to take with you. Since I thought that was the point, I found these to be a big disappointment. Only giving 3 stars because my daughter likes it.

    Loved it!

    This lego is perfect! It’s easy for the younger kids to put together and you can choose where to place all the stickers on your own. We like that it looks like a little book. It is kind of hard to close with all the pieces inside but that was the only issue we had.
