Returns & Exchanges
NO REFUNDS.
We offer exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase for unopened merchandise accompanied by the original receipt.
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Gift cards
- Collectibles
- Trading cards
- Discontinued merchandise
- Door crashers
- Items marked as special, clearance, or on sale
Gift receipts are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Store credits issued in-store cannot be redeemed online.
Mind Games Club Members
Mind Games Club members may return or exchange unopened items, or receive store credit, within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and valid proof of membership.
Please note: Mind Games is not responsible for lost receipts. Receipts can only be retrieved if the customer provided their email address and phone number at the time of purchase.
Store Credits
- Store credits are redeemable in-store only and cannot be used online.
- Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Store credits may be redeemed at any Mind Games location.
- If a store location closes and you have an outstanding store credit, please Contact Us for assistance.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and final sale.
- Gift cards cannot be used during gift card promotion periods.
- Gift cards purchased in-store may be used online.
- Gift card balances cannot be converted into store credit, replaced, or redeemed for cash.
- Please keep your gift card in a secure place.
- To check your balance, visit our Gift Card Balance page.
If a store location closes and you have an unused gift card balance, please Contact Us and provide:
- Gift card holder’s name
- Gift card number
- Remaining balance
- Store of purchase
- Date of purchase
- Gift receipt (if available)
Gift Receipts
Returns made with a gift receipt within the valid return period are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Refunds are not offered for gift receipt returns.
Gift receipts cannot be used for online returns or purchases.
