The description says that it is a new product but the box was open, the box was broken, it is worn and in poor condition. The worst thing is that I waited a long time because it was a pre-order for a new release. Please do not say that it is a new product if the box is damaged and the product has been removed from the box because they are collector’s items and nobody wants to take them out of their box, or at least I do not want to, really disappointing a bad experience
